CanEMR & CanPub Terms of Usage

As used in this Agreement, "CanEMR, "CanEMR Medical Solutions", "CanPub", "we", and "us" shall mean CanPub Information Technologies Inc. and/or its CanEMR Medical Solutions division and the term "service" shall mean this web site, which is located on the Internet at http://www.CanEMR.com/ and its associated CanPub web site, which are located on the Internet at http://www.canpub.com/.

IF ANY OF THE ABOVE PROVISIONS ARE VOID UNDER GOVERNING LAW, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
